Edit: Can be used in any web browser if you go to the "Index" link on the printer console page

1. In internet explorer, go to the printer's IP address
2. Go to the "Print" tab then in the left hand panel, click "File download" - this will not be available in any web browser other than Internet Explorer
3. upload the "resetfuser.txt" file (just a txt file, contents below)
4. click the blue button - that should sort it out.

resetfuser.txt is just simple text file with the below contents
